The Costume Party

Description

Rogers dresses as an airplane pilot for the costume party. Betty Aberlin and Joe Negri team up to dress as a horse. (You see what's coming, don't you?) The Neighborhood of Make-Believe holds its own costume party, and only the toy Horse has no costume.
