Arrived at Singapore, Jotaro's group stay at hotel individualy. A new Stand owner who is afraid as "Devo the Cursed" is awaited Polnareff in his room. Devo's Stand increases its power as its user's hatred toward opponent increases. Polnareff gets into desperate situation as he starts fighting front.
