Description

Iron Chef Sakai travels back to his home of Kagoshima prefecture to contemplate his 40 years as a chef. As he reminisces and reunites with old friends, he receives a challenge from an old classmate of his who forged his own culinary path in hotel kitchens. Chairman Kaga welcomes the challenger and decides on Kagoshima black pork for the theme.
